Born and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Carlos is an US Army veteran, professional artist-illustrator, and leadership trainer.
Madeline was born in Manhattan, NY and raised in Maunabo, Puerto Rico. Madeline is a Registered Nurse with more than 26 years of clinical and administrative experience. Her current specialty involves the management of work-related injury cases.

Carlos and Madeline Aguayo are the founders of Harvesters. Ordained as ministers in 2012. Carlos and Madeline have been coordinating multiple mission efforts in Latin America since 2011.
Carlos and Madeline have been married for 25 years. They have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
When they are not traveling on missions, you can catch them exploring a nature trail, cruisin' through an old back road, gardening, or relaxing at home watching movies.
Carlos and Madeline share a common passion; to serve God, to share the Good news of Christ, and demonstrate His love by serving others.
